Superfast Ferries

Superfast Ferries is a Greece-based ferry company founded in 1993 by Pericles Panagopulos and Alexander Panagopulos. Together with Blue Star Ferries, it is a subsidiary company of Attica Group, which is listed on the Athens Stock Exchange.

Superfast Ferries Rosyth have one goal: to offer you services that exceed your expectations. They aim to offer the Superfast Ferries Rosyth Experience: a well-thought, standardized quality service which their customers can enjoy the same way throughout their modern fleet, the youngest and fastest in Europe, whether traveling between Italy and Greece, between Finland and Germany, or between Scotland and Belgium; a quality service that ensures good value for your money.

This vision began to materialize in 1995 with the launch of the first two ultra-modern German-built car passenger ferries Superfast I and Superfast II. They reduced the crossing time on the Patras-Ancona ferry route from 36 to 20 hours and set new standards in maritime transport between Greece and Italy.

Today the Superfast Ferries fleet consists of four ultra-modern car-passenger ferries, offering daily crossings between the Greek ports of Patras, Igoumenitsa and Corfu and the Italian ports of Ancona and Bari, holding the number one position in the transportation of passengers for nine consecutive years.

As of 2002, Superfast Ferries also operates the only ferry route between Scotland and Belgium, connecting the ferry port of Rosyth in Scotland to the ferry port of Zeebrugge in Belgium.
